Join Home Building Foundation on Friday, September 12th from 7am-3pm for the premier sporting event of the season: the annual HBF Trap Shoot fundraising event, presented by Parr Lumber.
This incredible day at the Portland Gun Club features competitive shooting, the always-exciting Annie Oakley Sharpshooter Competition, sponsor booths featuring building materials, breakfast, lunch, exciting raffles, and a chance to hang out with more than 400 people from the home building industry.
Presented by Parr Lumber, HBF encourages you to consider sponsoring the event, which benefits the Home Building Foundation’s programs. The Foundation collaborates with the home building industry and construction students to build and improve shelter for people in need. In our nearly 30 years in Portland, we have worked with more than 60 organizations and have worked on more than 90 facilities.
The Foundation WERC Progam-Work Expansion in Residential Construction encourages family wage careers in residential construction. HBF provides materials so students can build items shelters need, supports construction training, and provides scholarships to encourage future leaders in construction. HBF is affiliated with the Home Building Association of Greater Portland, and HomeAid America.
